Who I Work With
Via my coaching programmes I work with a wide variety of clients, typically (although not exclusively) high achieving female professionals or business executives in their 40’s or 50’s. Often they are women who have put everything and everyone before themselves: their business, clients, partner, children, family, home and friends. They live a 24/7 lifestyle, are busy people, they may put their own health at the end of the ‘LIFE to do’ list or perhaps they work hard and play hard in a healthy way, treating food, exercise and relaxation like a task to be ticked off every day or week when it should really feel like a rejuvenation boost.
In many cases my clients have experienced the benefits of working with a coach in their business or personal life e.g. a personal fitness trainer, life or business coach. They understand that powerful changes that can be achieved by setting goals and actions and investing in expert guidance. Some may already be consulting with a health professional, nutritionist or naturopath and need coaching and regular follow ups to implement health advice and a new lifestyle.
My clients share a defining trait; they have the intention to live healthily however their current way of life isn’t delivering the level of energy, clarity, and feelings of gorgeousness they desire. They are open-minded to exploring the wonderful world of optimum health and being the best they can be.

I feel guilty spending time on myself when I have a full-on business to run and a family at home. How can I possibly create enough time to fit in healthy eating and exercise? How can I socialise at work without sabotaging my good food plan?
I’ve lost quite a lot of weight over the past couple of years but I’m stuck now and don’t know what to do. I’m concerned that I may start putting weight back on. How do I make a step change to boost my weight loss journey?
I’d love to tackle my health but I just don’t have the time to get organised. I get so confused. What foods should I buy? What equipment do I need? How do I find a good yoga class or personal trainer? I want to go on a healthy holiday – any suggestions?
